Highlights
- Alpha Lehigh builds various machines for the tire industry. Many of our machines are currently being used by the U.S. Marine Corps and Army. - Alpha Lehigh is finishing up a half-million-dollar order for ten large, forty-foot-long custom conveyor systems from a large American consumer goods producer with plants throughout the country, to which we've supplied over thirty custom conveyor systems in the past seven years! - We’re helping the effort to rebuild New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Alpha Lehigh supplies machine parts used to manufacture new water and sewer piping used in the battered Gulf area. - As always, we're upgrading our selection of machine tools  - Our largest CNC horizontal machining center is being completely overhauled. We recently purchased a brand new, heavy-duty Kia KH 63G horizontal machining center with automatic pallets, a 30 HP spindle motor, and a 60-station automatic tool changer.  And, in July 2007 we purchased a large hydraulically-powered Okamoto surface grinder to increase our grinding capacity. - Alpha Lehigh rebuilt a large plastic extrusion machine for one of NJ’s premier plastic packaging manufacturers- under budget and on schedule! - Alpha Lehigh can design your custom machine for you! We have in-house design capabilities, and are proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
