Alpha Lehigh was founded in 1956 and has become the region's most versatile machining facility.  We're a full service job shop specializing in milling and drilling, turning, grinding, and machine building.  Our modern 32,000 square foot facility contains a full line of conventional and CNC machine tools (including three CNC turning centers and eight CNC machining centers).  We are the most versatile machining facility in the region stretching from the Scranton area in the north to the outskirts of Philadelphia on the south, and from Harrisburg in the west to the metropolitan northeast New Jersey area in the east.  We have 40 highly skilled, experienced employees and over 1000 years of combined machining experience! Alpha Lehigh will machine almost any material - carbon and structural steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, castings, cast iron, other metals, plastics and neoprene.  We can accommodate work piece sizes from less than 1 inch to 7-foot cubes; prototype, short runs, or long production runs; and specialize in close tolerance precision work.  We handle everything for you - in addition to machining, we can send your parts to our vendors for any special coatings, heat treating, plating and other specialized operations you may require.  Furthermore, we'll ship anywhere in the country (we have our own trucks, along with FedEx, UPS and RPS).

William "Scott" Green CEO MBA (DeSales University), Master of Science - Computer Information Science, and B.S. Mechanical Engineering. Scott has been with the company since 1974 (full-time since late 1984). He is involved in all aspects of the business.      Ron Karpovich President Ron, a graduate of Lehigh University, joined the Alpha Lehigh team in 2011. Ron has over 30 years of manufacturing management experience in both commodity and capital equipment product lines. Ron has management responsibility for all aspects of Alpha Lehigh Tool & Machine.     Charles Spitale Production Manager Charlie is our production manager. Having years of experience at Alpha Lehigh both in the office and hands-on in the shop, he is responsible for scheduling, meeting all delivery dates, and maintaining our high quality levels.       Terry Green Suiter Financial Officer Terry, a graduate of Boston University, is our financial officer and office manager. She is responsible for human resources and accounting functions.
